- About the service as a consumer
- The Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) supervises consumer rules in the Netherlands. The provider is not affiliated to any dispute resolution body, so a complaint comes to the email address above first. The European Union’s online dispute resolution platform closed in 2025 and there is no longer a European form to fill in.

Tournament listings, places to stay and flight information arrive from third parties and are reproduced rather than authored; what a player writes in a message, a trip or an expense is that player’s.
